SAME OLD, SAME OLD…

Competing globe valves have identical designs with no sign of innovation. They are complex with multiple internal moving part and rely on external parts to actuate. Hence they are more prone to mechanical failure and require far more maintenance. The reason for all those moving parts is because the standard globe valve is not hydrostatically balanced and therefore requires a tremendous force to isolate the valve, hence all the parts that require to achieve that force. If one of those parts fails the valve becomes useless.

HELLO HYDROCORE!

The simplistic and balanced Hydrocore valve uses no moving parts to operate or to regulate the downstream pressure. It requires no pilots or pistons to reduce the
pressure in the system. The chances of a malfunctioning valve are reduced substantially. All services to our valves can even be done while the valve is still in-line.

HCA MANUALLY ISOLATION VALVE (LP)

  • Description: A balanced isolating valve that operates the valve manually.
  • Applications: Mining, Industrial, Municipal, Agricultural, Petrochemical
  • Size Range: 50NB (2”) to 400NB (16”)
  • Pressure Range: 50NB to 400NB — 40 bar (580 psi)

HCS PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE (LP)

  • Description: A proportional pressure reducing valve maintaining a constant ratio between the upstream and downstream pressures.
  • Applications: Mining, Industrial, Municipal, Agricultural, Petrochemical
  • Size Range: 50NB (2”) to 400NB (16”)
  • Pressure Range: 50NB to 400NB — 40 bar (580 psi)

IT PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

  • Description: An inline safety valve that opens when the system pressure reaches the relief set point.
  • Applications: Mining, Industrial
  • Size Range: 50NB (2”)
  • Pressure Range: 50NB — 40 bar (580 psi)
